Local Operator Agreement

OurLocalPages.com is a web-based platform that hosts, builds, and maintains dynamic portals that provide locally targeted information to area residents.  Every OurLocalPages.com local portal and all the information and services within the portal are completely free to the end user.   OurLocalPages.com is supported by offering local businesses low cost, locally targeted online advertising packages.   Community Directors will receive a 40% commission from all advertising revenue generated by their online town.

As an OurLocalPages.com Community Director you agree to:

1. adhere to the Terms of Use policy.
2. be at least 18 years of age.
3. keep your account active by fulfilling your monthly account quotas.
4. keep the information in your profile current, including the email address of your PayPal account.
5. keep all portal information, including zip codes, town names, keywords,etc, up to date, relevant, and accurate.
6. direct any questions directly to your State Director.

7. be responsible for communication and education of advertisers. Any emails or phone calls should be returned with a 24 hour period.
8.  receive commission payments on the 1st  and the 16th of each month via PayPal.
